TIME & PLACE OF OCCURRENCE:  December 11, 2017 at approximately 12:52 Hours, Citibank located at 215 Jericho Turnpike, Floral Park, New York 11001

SUSPECT DESCRIPTION:  Male white between 25-30 years of age wearing a black business suit, white shirt, red tie, dark wool hat with ear flaps, black puffy jacket, black gloves, and dark large framed sunglasses.

FURTHER DETAILS:  Above described subject did enter the Citibank and produce a demand note announcing a robbery. The victim teller did not comply with demands at which time the subject fled the location and entered a dark colored four door Lincoln sedan westbound on Lowell Ave, Floral Park.

 September 24, 2016, at 2055 Hours, Shell Station 100 W. Merrick Rd. Valley Stream, N.Y.

 October 3, 2016, at 2330 Hours, 7-11 Store, 2540 Merrick Road, Bellmore, N.Y.

 October 13, 2016, at 0120 Hours, 7-11 Store, 3750 Jerusalem Ave. Seaford, N.Y.

SUSPECT DESCRIPTION:  Male Black, light skinned, 20-30 years of age, medium build, wearing a hard face shaped mask (White, Black, Purple), Blue latex gloves, Black sweatpants with leather waistband (09-24/10-13), Gray hooded sweatshirt with darker wide wrist and waist cuffs.

FURTHER DETAILS: Upon entering the aforementioned locations the subject produces a large silver semi-automatic hand gun in his LEFT hand, and demands United States Currency. In one incident the subject zip-tied the 7-11 cashier with a long white tie. In the Seaford event the subject is observed fleeing in a red/maroon Nissan four door sedan.

TIME & PLACE OF OCCURRENCE:  Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at about 1606 hours, TD Bank, 5555 Merrick Road, Massapequa, New York.

SUSPECT DESCRIPTION:  Subject is described as a male white, in his twenties, 5’11”- 6’3”, thin build, small mole near his left eye with a tan complexion.  He was wearing a black baseball cap over a white towel wrapped around his head.  He had a light green uniform shirt over a gray long sleeved shirt, khaki trousers and black shoes.  The subject was wearing a latex glove.

FURTHER DETAILS:  Subject entered location, approached the victim manager and presented a demand note for currency. The subject then fled from the bank on foot.

SUSPECT DESCRIPTION:  The subject is described as a male white, about 6’1”, medium build, wearing a black baseball hat, grey sweatshirt with the hood over his head, a dark grey scarf that covered his face from the nose down, black gloves, black cargo pants and black shoes.

FURTHER DETAILS:  The subject entered location, approached the victim teller and produced a demand note. The subject then fled on foot from the bank with currency.

TIME & PLACE OF OCCURRENCE:  November 12, 2015, at about 1735 hours, Chase Bank, 239-39 Linden Blvd, Elmont, New York.

SUSPECT DESCRIPTION:  Subject is described as a male black, in his late twenties, 6’0”- 6’5”, 200 lbs., brown eyes, wearing a dark baseball cap, black puffy jacket and gray sweatpants.  He had a small bandage under his right eye and wore eyeglasses.

FURTHER DETAILS:  Subject entered location, approached the victim teller and passed a demand note for currency. The subject then fled on foot from the bank with currency.

FURTHER DETAILS:  The subject enters the location, produces a handgun, demands currency, then flees on foot.

SUSPECT DESCRIPTION:  Subject is described as a male black, in his twenties, 6’0”- 6’2” tall, 170-180 lbs., wears eyeglasses or sunglasses, and dark hooded sweatshirt. 

FURTHER DETAILS: The subject enters the locations, and has presented demand notes, and or makes verbal demands for currency to the victim teller. The  subject has threatened the use of a firearm, however none has been seen. The subject then flees on foot from the bank.
