On Friday, October 21, 2016, at approximately 8:10 A.M., the subject and victim were at a dumpster located at J & S Car Wash, 49 Hempstead Turnpike, West Hempstead looking for a package that the victim threw away. When the subject did not find the package, he assaulted the victim by throwing him to the ground and striking him about the body numerous times, causing injury to the victim’s hip and elbow.
The subject then threatened the victim, and fled scene in a Red Fiat headed in an unknown direction.
