The subject charged the victims for inspections. The subject used the business names Metro Fire Prevention Company and NY Fire Prevention Company which do not exist.

On March 17, 2021 at approximately 8:30 P.M., a female victim was approached in her driveway on Arlington Avenue in Elmont by an unknown subject. The subject threw an unknown substance in the victim’s face and fled the scene in a Red 2013-2015 Nissan Altima with fog lights. As a result, the victim sustained serious physical injuries and burns to her face.
