In the early morning hours of July 17, 2006, the victim parked his yellow cab in the lot of the 7-11 store on Main Street, Farmingdale. While doing paperwork in the cab, he was lured out of his car by Erick and an accomplice. The victim was physically restrained from entering the vehicle and the two suspects drove away with the cab. Erick was charged with Robbery 2nd Degree. A Bench warrant has been issued by District Court for his arrest for failing to appear.

On August 28, 2006 at about 5:50 P.M. the subject was observed speeding on Route 24 in West Hempstead. The subject was driving a 1996 Hyundai bearing Pennsylvania plates. The subject was found to be in possession of a forged Pennsylvania DOT windshield sticker, a forged Pennsylvania Temporary Registration, and DOT Emission sticker. In addition, the subject possessed a forged Insurance ID card. Marco was arrested and charged with four counts of Possession of a Forged Instrument, 2nd Degree as well as numerous VTL violations. A Bench Warrant has been issued by District Court for the arrest of Marco Espino for failure to appear.

On October 15,2006 at approximately 5:30 P.M., the subject was observed by Police to be operating a 1995 Ford bearing Pennsylvania plates. The officers observed the vehicle to have improper Pennsylvania windshield stickers. The subject did not have a valid drivers license or insurance. He admitted to the officers that the Emission and Annual stickers were not real. Ermel was charged with 2 counts of Possession of a Forged Instrument, and a District Court Bench Warrant has been issued for his arrest for failing to appear.

On March 21, 2006 at approximately 2:30 A.M., Police officers of the 8th Precinct observed the subject driving eastbound on Somerset Ave. Hicksville. The Officers observed the subject fail to stop at a posted stop sign. It was discovered that the subject had four suspensions to his driver’s license on four different dates and was currently driving without a valid license. The subject was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle as well as other VTL violations. A warrant has been issued for Anthony’s arrest and he currently has four additional open warrants at this time.

On January 9, 2007 the subject was observed on video surveillance attempting to break into a parked vehicle using a screwdriver. The resulting damage to the vehicle was in excess of $1000.00. The subject was arrested and charged with Felony Criminal Mischief and Possession of Burglar’s Tools. A District Court warrant has been issued for his arrest as he failed to appear in court.

On March 11, 2006 at about 7:40 P.M., Police were called to the scene of an auto accident on Glen Cove Road, Southbound. It was found that the suspect was operating her car without a valid drivers license. In addition, the suspect’s license had been suspended 5 times on 3 different dates. She was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree. There is currently an open warrant for her arrest in relation to these charges.

On July 5th, 2006, the subject was observed by the police operating his vehicle while not wearing a seatbelt. After being pulled over, he was found to be in possession of 5 packets of heroin and 1 packet of crack cocaine. In addition, he possessed prescription medications. The subject was charged with 4 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of the subject for violating the terms of his probation.

On December 20, 2006, the subject was pulled over by the Police on Greenwich Ave, Uniondale for several VTL violation. At that time, the subject was found to be in possession of 82 zip lock bags containing crack cocaine as well as 3 zip lock bags containing marijuana as well as a crack pipe. He was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Criminal Possession of Marijuana as well as VTL violations. There are currently 2 open First District Court warrants for the arrest of the subject.

On March 23, 2007 at about 3:20 A.M., Police Officers of the 3rd Precinct observed the subject operating his motor vehicle at a high rate of speed eastbound on Jericho Turnpike in Mineola. The vehicle was stopped and the driver arrested for DWI and possession of Marijuana. There are currently 3 open First District Court Warrants for the arrest of the subject for DWI, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, and Possession of Marijuana

On December 22,2002, Police observed the subject driving a blue Dodge pickup truck south bound on Glen Cove Road. The officers then observed the subject get into an accident with another motor vehicle. The subject was arrested at the scene for DWI and was found to be driving with a suspended license. The subject was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, DWI and 7 VTL Violations. A Bench Warrant has been issued for the arrest of the subject for failing to comply with the sentence set forth by the court after his conviction.

On October 17,2005 at 6:35 P.M., Police Officers observed the subject driving north bound on County Line Road operating a motor vehicle with reported stolen plates. In addition, the subject was found to be driving with a suspended license and was arrested at the scene. There is currently an open First District Court Warrant for the arrest of the subject for violating the terms of his conditional discharge.

On December 27, 2006, the subject did take his ex-girlfriend’s 1999 Chevrolet without her permission. On January 4, 2007 he was arrested and charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle 3rd degree. In addition, the subject was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation because he did not have a valid drivers license. There are currently 2 open bench warrants issued by first district court for the arrest of the subject for failing to comply with the terms of his sentence.
